  My wife has a phone thru Sprint on her mother's account. The phone fried while charging (We weren't happy about this but it happens, not Sprints fault). We went back to this store since she had insurance on the phone. OF course they wouldn't do anything about it since they are sales only. Annoying but understandable. Call Sprint to get replacement phone, it takes several days longer then promised to get the new phone. We have to go back to the store to get the phone activated. Even though my wife knows all the information on the account password date of both ssn, ECT, and was added into the account as authorized to make change in this store. The lady there says she can't find the info and will not help. She acts like a smartass and tells us that it's all in the paperwork and will not do anything. Before going to the store my wife tried to call to make sure there would be no problems but nobody would answer (This is like 5 calls over 3 or 4 hours). So now it's another trip to the store and back to try to get the phone changed over and now they 15 buck for tranfering her contacts. I have Verizion on my father's account my phone broke, I went to their store by myself was in and out within 15 minutes with a new phone.............
