  Other than Walmart, this is the only grocery store I go to. Moderate store size, and moderate amount of customers make good for getting in and out without wasting too much time, which is why it's my go to grocery store. Includes both a deli and a bakery for your fresh meats and fresh cake needs. They have pretty much everything you can expect a grocery store to have: food, drinks, beer, cleaning supplies, get well soon cards, office supplies, cigarettes, etc. Not sure if this is all Ingles or just the one in Colonial Heights, but it also has a pharmacy and you can also rent shop vacs here as well.
