  Can not work on Casio G-Shock watches. Brought mine in for a battery and left with a broken illumination light. I had to get a watch repair shop to look at it and while I was standing there, he opened it up and let me see the issue after examining discovering the broken light.

  This store is a true local, family owned business, which is a huge plus because they are very down to earth. Patti and Lauran love their customers and will do everything in their power to accommodate them and make their repair or shopping experience as easy possible. They pride themselves on honesty and doing things right. They are also amazing teachers! When searching for a diamond, they took the time to explain how diamonds were classified and tried to find the absolute best diamond for the price point. On repairs they were just as honest. Instead of completing the repair and half doing it just to make themselves a few bucks, they provided education on why the repair might not work. I loved that they took the time to explain what the jeweler would do to the jewelry. They really want you to be comfortable leaving your jewelry with them to be repaired because they realize how important it is to you. They are the kindest, most patient people who answered every single question. Bottom line. They are the most honest and kindest jewelry store in town. Highly recommend.
